*Please make sure you have submitted complete and accurate delivery information, including a recipient name, address, phone number, and delivery date, as well as a card message.  Please make sure you have also submitted your own name and phone number in case we need to get in touch with you regarding your order.  If we have incomplete information and are not able to contact you, your delivery may be delayed.

*We carry a different variety of seasonal blooms and materials throughout the year - it's never the same cooler twice!  Our designers will put an arrangement together that contains fresh, seasonal flowers, using what is available to us that day.  If you have any special requests, it is very important that you call and speak to a designer.  Otherwise, you can safely leave it in our hands, and we will create something beautiful!
